Full of cold in a heatwave..:-(

I feel so lousy and just wanted to moan really! Temperature has gone up to 34 degrees and I am full of cold with cankles the size of baby elephants and I cannot cool down at all...sniff sniff

I was like that one day - I literally ran myself an ice cold bath! Was amazing! Not sure if it's advisable but it helped me! lol

I cant imagine that heat, really feel for you! We've been blessed with a typically british summer, torrential rain, high winds, feels more like october than July, so we're quite lucky!

I hope youre managing to keep cool, when the weather was warmer a lot of people said they laid a wet towel over their body and it really helped. Good luck!
