Full boobs!

I went out on Monday to dance class, and missed a feed, was pretty full, and as G was in bed, I thought if express so I didn't leak, cos I was pretty full.

Yesterday I noticed I was pretty full durning the day but not too bad.

She slept through till 5.30 this morning, at which point I needed to express again. Today I've not noticed a huge change in her feeding habits but I'm really full, to the point of lumpiness, which I wasn't before.

I thought she had a growth spurt, but it feels like I'm making way more than she needs now.

i think it happens hun, they eat lots in a growth spurt so u make more n supply is big then they need less so supply would drop again but in the meantime your left full for a few days. id express n freeze it for future use and take it as a bonus lol

Yeah, I've managed to pump loads, which is great. Especially as I have a night out next week.

im lumpy in the morning if Alyssa sleeps 4 or 5 hrs. id hate to go longer than that
