How long can I keep frozen veg in the freezer for?
How long can I keep freshly cooked veg in the fridge?
Once its defrosted how long can I keep it for?

I personally will not keep veg in freezer for more than 6 months.
You can keep freshly cooked veg in the fridge for up to 3 days, BUT, it looses nutritional value continuously - much better to cook the veg, chill it quickly and freeze asap.
Once defrosted - use asap. The above applies!

I hope that helps. Perhaps you can cook the veggies, blend it and freeze it in ice-cube trays - that way you can take out what you need and not waste!

Try organic veggies for baby - it's the best to start with.

I keep my finger veg in the fridge for 24 hours max. The freezer I'd say about 3-4 months but I have a small freezer so I don't keep stuff in it that long.

I was also wondering when do I introduce a cup/breaker of water. I dont want him to have juice.

He will take bottles of expressed milk with no problem at all. He had a bottle of formula from my mum who he hardly sees but would not have it from DH mum who feeds him quite often. But that is nothing to do with my water question!

I didn't offer Brody water until I started weaning...even then he wasn't that fussed though, breastmilk gives him what he needs still I think.
