does anyone know when babies start to roll front to back? ella can roll onto her front but gets fed up im forever turning her back the other way!

hehe i just posted a thread on this i would love to know too!!!

 I know! Its not a milestone that we usually talk about so I havent got a clue! we all say when our babies can roll onto their tummies but not back the other way because it isnt as exciting lol. im sure she will get the hang of it soon she's all over the place now a little wriggle bum

Funnily enough alex did this first as he is a tummy sleeper so is really good on his front! he must have been about 3/4 months or so?

has just learned to go the other way onto his tummy in the last couple of weeks.

Yea Ashtyn rolled from his tummy to his back for the first time at 3 months! I thought tummy to back first was the normal way??????? Still waitinf for the back to tummy roll :D

Abi was about 7 months if i remember rightly, she was rolling on to belly at 5 1/2 months and i would always have to roll her back onto her back

Hi

I think every baby is different

Kiara rolled back to front when she was almost 2 months old but didnt do it again till about 3 and a hlaf months and has been rolling front to back since 4 months and now wont stop

Olivia did this for the first time this morning! She used to hate tummy time but now she sort of lifts her head, arms and legs off the ground all at once - she reminds me of someone parachuting! Then she looked round to see her Dad and whoosh she went right over onto her back!

She hasn't done back onto front though and I think the roll she did this morning was a fluke to be honest.

Rebecca is just pure lazy! She is 4.5 mnths and doesn't even roll yet

Oh I wish it were now! He has been driving me crazy with the parachute thing for two months now made bad by the fact that he wiggles so much he spews every time then wipes his face in it :(. I can't put him down without being next to him ready to flip him when I think he's about to spew as he is so desperate to be on his front!

Aaargh!

Don't worry Rubie was well over 5 months before she did it. Be grateful for the time you can out her down and she will stay there!!!

Im still waiting for Aimee to move her lardy arse anywhere! She just gets angry with me if I try and help her along!
