Im sure you've all seen the controversy surrounding comedian Frankie Boyle in the news atm, in particular the uproar about his crude jokes toward the disabled son of Katie Price

Whats your opinion on it ... rate him or slate him? Has he gone too far this time or are people just making a fuss?

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-11969507

Seems everyone is going to end up snowed in this weekend, so a little "hot" topic should do us nicely

i think hes an absolute disgrace and i loved him ... boycotting him! at the end of the day you can have an opinion on KP but it is cruel, harsh, unnecessary, rude, disgusting to say such things about an innocent young child who has no way to defend himself nevermind the fact he is disabled and i think he shud be ashamed of himself... :( rant over! xx

I'm never sure what I think of him tbh. I can't stand kp and it's fair enough to take the piss out of her but it's not, IMHO, right to use her kids to get a laugh-any of them not just Harvey. FB kinda makes my skin crawl.

Id never really liked him, i dont know why, i just dont get "him" as an act, his type of humour is very much my type of humour, if not a little OTT, im a big an of Russell Brand, Noel Fielding, Jimmy Carr etc.

Ive watched 1 or 2 of his shows, some of it is funny, and the rest you just sit there like "WTF????"

The Jade Goody stuff you can kind of take it or leave it depending on your sense of humour i think, but the stuff about Harvey was below the belt, i know KP is no saint, but ripping into children is just cruel :(

Yeah I like other comedians of a similar humour (jimmy carr being one of my faves) but he's always been one I will 9 times out of 10 turn over x he's funny of mock the week but wonder if that's because he's restricted?

Yeah i think thats quite heavily edited, i dont mind him on that either, but he's not someone i could sit and watch for hours on end.

I quite enjoy "black humour" however I think making a mockery of disabled children crosses the line by quite a big distance. Goes beyond tasteless if that's what he's doing :-(

I just found a video where he said "this is my last tour so I don't give a ****" eek!

TBH I didn't understand the sex reference anyway!

I think thats why some people think its funny, because it doesnt really make much sense? Didnt really make sense to me either

First bit was nasty ...more kind of a silly man reaction.

I went to see him two weeks ago, most pf what he did is absolutely hilarious but the odd comment such as the KP and Jade Goody gags are below the belt they made most people go 'oooooo' rather than laugh to be honest, on the whole I don't think he would mean actual harm to any of the people he takes the piss out of, he has his own little family too, I think he's just using his position to push boundaries. Vote with your fingers and don't watch him if it's too much :)

he did say at the start if you are easily offended or if you thought the KP joke was bad then to leav e because it'd get much worse :shock: it didn't really though.

From what I can tell he's always been quite bad and he's one of them people your with in the humour or just aren't. I only ever draw the line on jokes about kids and rape.

I like him, but that was completely out of order.. I'm very open minded when it comes to comedy but there are some lines that just shouldn't be crossed x
