Can anyone give me a rough guideline as to how long it took their LOs to grow out of size 1? I know it's going to vary a lot, but i have loads of size 1 and 2 and just hoping that I haven't got too many more than anything!

Any answers would be greatly appreciated! X

I think Drake was out of size 1's at 6 weeks. He's still in size 2's right now and he'll be 11 weeks tomorrow.

Brooke was in them for ages, it all depends on how big they are when they are born and how fast they gain weight really.

Dont buy anymore for now, if you run out you can always go and stock up on more, rather than end up with a load of nappies that wont get used :)

tegan is 7 weeks today and still in size 1 x

Charley was only in them for 2 weeks but that was because I ran out so went onto size 2 and he's still in them

Ross was in size 2's after about 4 weeks but more for the absorbancy than size. He's now in size 4's at 5 months today!

I think liv was only in size 1's for 3 weeks and I never bothered with size 2 I went straight to size 3 x

Sweet guys thanks! I'll just lay off the nappy buying for a bit then lol x

I've only just started putting H in size 2's and he's 10 wks on Sat!!! I only need the 2's for the body length otherwise he'd still be in them...he's only went into newborn clothes about 2 wks ago!! I'm just guessing he has a little bum!!!!

Oh my I haven't bought any size 1's cos I thought they were for very small or prem babies?!? Does no one start on size 2's then?

They are for newborns, there is a smaller size than size one called micro.
I just assumed you start from size one lol. So that is way I shall do! The weight guidelines on size 2 are bigger than size one, I don't want leakages! X

Oh shit but the size 2's are from 5/12 pound onwards so I looked at it and thought well there is no way I'm having a baby smaller than that?!? Hmm maybe I should rethink this

I have size 1 and 2's and alex is still using size 1s at the moment. I thought we would get through more than we have so far but only 1 pack of huggies used and halfway thro a pack of pampers!

Mrs.s if you look at size ones they go up to like 9 or 10 lbs x

Zach was in 1s for ages and he is still in size 2s now at 4 and a half months! He is only quite small, but he was over the top weight in th 1s before I moved him up. He is about 14lb now and the 2s say up to 13lb so I think it really just depends on the baby. Keep your reciepts and you may be able to swap sizes if they don't fit xxx

we had 7 packs of size 1s.... and have had to buy some more this week cos we only had 1 pack left, after her bout of no poops, shes now a lil poopy monster!!! and i didnt wana run out over xmas or new yr :)

xxx

we used size 1's for about 5 wks but i now use size 3 simply dry because they alot cheaper and just as good but they are a bit roomy lol daisy now 9 wks i think we will be in this size a while

Campbell is in size one and I think he will be for a few more weeks at least! He is little though :) x

Ive just started putting Alanna in Size 2, (1week 5days) size 1's still fit.. but they were gettin tight round her tummy, so i moved up, the size 2's are MASSIVE though! ohwell.. least i know she is more comfortable

she was 9lb 2 when born though so a big girlie
