I came across this article when DS's pickiness was at its height! We're back on track now but I've still been using some of the ideas in this article and I wanted to share.

Thanks for posting this. Oz is hot n cold with his eating and I find it hard not to get stressed. All day is fine until tea time and I hate the thought of him going to bed hungry!

Interesting article! I like the idea of nibble trays.

The nibble tray has been great! DS loves it! He was eating olives the other day! I was amazed as previously he'd just have screamed and thrown them! When the food is presented differently to how he expects he's more likely to try everything.
