Foods to make em' move

As you know im having my 4D monday and I want bubba to be moving lots we can get some good shots for the dvd etc. Dont really want little zzzzz's coming out of its head then lol!!

Whats the best thing to eat before a 4D to get the baby moving well, any one know??

Im taking some chocolate and pure orange to drink before hand as I have heard this is good

What about Red Bull or Lucozade? It's not like you're drinking them all the time so it shouldn't hurt?

anyhting cold hun, my baby goes mad, altho id failed at my last scan had a pint of icy lemonde, and lil bugger turned andwent to sleep grr

I find pepsi doesn't fail and also the chocolate, mmm she loves that!

Hi jaidy,
when i had my scan i drank loads of really cold water and the baby did not stop moving! i was laughing so much the man doing the scan had to stop!
as soon as they put that cold jelly on your belly the baby normally wakes up and starts going crazy anyway!

At my 12 week scan baby was a bit sleepy regardless of the cold jelly but was better at the 20 week one.

Going to take a choccie bar and some ice cold water (il freeze it first) and some OJ that should hopefully do the trick

Today at my scan they couldn't see his spine as he was laying on his back so she sent me outside for a hot sweet chocolate to get him moving. Worked a treat. When I got back he wouldn't keep still!

My MW rolllocked me for drinking lucozade when having DD, sent my sugars sky high

Good luck for your scan tomorrow hun! When I eat pineapple and oranges my baby goes mad so maybe eat a satsuma in the car on the way!! Cannot wait to hear how it goes and see your amazing piccies!
