Hiya guys. Am i right in thinking that you take folic acid up to the 12 week mark?
I was 12 weeks on saturday and didn't take it last night.
What should i do?

They advise you to take it up untill then..i missed a few.
Dont worry about it.
Just keep taking it untill saturday...i missed some and it did no harm.

some combined vitamins like pregnacare and sanotogen pronatal say you can take them throughout your entire pregnancy and when you are breast feeding.
