Flats to rent in East London....

We're looking to move to a 2 bed place (rented) to accommodate baby but the estate agents in my area are such rip off merchants (they advertise reasonably priced properties on their websites and when you call they're NEVER available - they try to sell you something much more expensive).

I'm desperately looking so just thought I'd post on here in case, on the off chance, anyone has a friend / uncle / relative who rents out property in the Leyton / Walthamstow / Leytonstone / Stratford area and has a 2-bed place going for a reasonable rent!

They are a nightmare, when we moved into our current place they tried to charge us £500 in admin fees!!!

thats rediculous. i think i got charged £70 in admin. cant really remember now
