one of my friends has been in slow labour for like a week, literally!! just had a text to say baby's arrived weighing 10lb1

Bloody he'll, that's like toddler size lol xx

My Grandad was one of 14 children and he said the 14th child was born NATURALLY weighing 14lb!!!!! He said the baby didn't live but still thats like a stone!!!

A friend of mine also had her son 3 weeks early because of how big he was. He was 10lbs when he was born and they reckon he'd have made 11lb if he went full term!! OUCH!!

xxx

14lb :shock: my mum pointed out before that K wasnt far off 10lb, she was 9lb12, but still, 10lb sounds so much bigger!! dunno if she had her naturally or what yet! she's got twins aswell and they were 6lb odd and 8lb

my bro's ex was in labour for a whole week :s feel sorry for anyone with a labour that long

there was a woman across from me in the hospital when i had my first and her baby was 13lb he looked like a 3 month old and filled the little cot.

My cousin's first, lil girl, was 10lb 13oz, section due to high BP, they saw the weight as normal as she, like me, is tall (5'10) and not really skinny and OH is 6'4 well-built African-American guy.

She said her second, lil boy, looked 'tiny' at 9lb 4oz lol

Good grief!! I think I'd demand a section!!
