Is anyone else having problems or has had problems with them in the past? They are a load of rubbish and are always on ours backs demanding money that we don't even owe and its ment to be sorted but them amount keeps going up. Getting really angry with them now!

I have had trouble with them before. They were crap and I didn't get half the stuff they promised when you join, so I cancelled my direct debit without giving them notice so kept getting rude letters about owing money. I ignored them and its gone quiet at the moment.

Well i was ignoring them but have got letter from the debt collection agency and was curious how far they will take things for the sake of a few quid!

am having problems with them. I keep tryinmg to cancel my account but they still keep charging me and demanding money its getting on my nerves now. You have to cancel by letter which i have done for the past 3 months going top hand deliver it this month and make them cancel it infront of me.

We have tried to cancel a few times but they just seem to be ignoring us. We were not even paying the membership, oh's dad was and nothing was signed by him. Think thats what annoying them cos other people who have had trouble with them said they have taken money off thier debit card without thier consent to cover any debt but they can't do that with us cos it isn't our card. really don't know where we stand. Wouldn't mind but he hasn't used it since October and it was getting paid till April!
