Hi everyone. My name is Tilly i am 25 and just found out i am expecting 7 days ago. Came across this forum and thought it was worth joining so that i can meet other women who can offer advice and maybe be helpful with all the questions (Millions) about pregnancy.
I am still in a complete state of shock but feel very blessed for such a surprise. I have gone through a million emotions since finding out, i have not told my family or friends yet so i have that pressure weighing on my mind. i am so nervous about the changes that have began already and whether i will cope.

i am also glad to see i am not the only one who feels so exhausted and have been unable to eat much... i would appriciate it if anyone could give me advice on how to manage the sickness...thanks for reading and God Bless.

Hiya and welcome the girls on here are so lovely and extremely supportive they have helped me loads

I found that eating little and often helped with the sickness to keep it at bay and resting when I could as the exhaustion wasn't helping my sickness to pass

How many weeks are you?xx

thank you so much... Approximately 4 - 6 weeks yet i am poorly already. i have my first consultation in 7 days. i am anxious to know for certain :) x

I can fully sympathise with you I think I must have been ill from about a week after conception so about same stage as you and boy did I feel ill i was exhausted which i put down to being out with the pipeband I play in 5 weekends in a row plus im carrying more weight than i did with my first pregnancy

Obviously every pregnancy is different but it took me to 16 weeks to feel better but i wasnt able to eat a lot at a time but then found my appetite again xx
