first scan

Hi ladies

Had my first scan today and everything was perfect!! Was getting a bit worked up waiting all day for my appointment, thinking about everything that could go wrong, as you do, but thankfully it all went great. Baby was lying quite still but kicking little legs about and heartbeat was strong, so it's all good! Can't tell you how relieved I am, once you've had one miscarriage and the scan lady say "I'm sorry but.." it's hard to shake it off and believe all is well. But now I've had my proof and seen my little one so bring on the next 30 weeks!! Oh yeah, they put me back a week so I'm only 10+2 instead of 11+2, but I don't mind that, just glad everything is okay. Hope everyone's doing well. Sorry about the pic, it's not great, can't get my scanner to work so had to take a photo of it and do it that way. Lol

I know what you mean about being scared of the scan ive been thought a misscarige and i was petrified when i went for my first scan for this pregnancy in case it happend agian.

the pictures great really cute. I know what you mean about worrying. I have my scan on friday and last night made myself cry thinking about the moment they might tell me it has all gone wrong. OH gave me a good talking to and I have made a commitment to positive thoughts. It is really good therefore to read posts like your and see the lovely picture. Now, I cant wait until friday!!!!
