First scan today

Evening ladies,

Went to the hospital today for my first scan and it was the most amazing thing ever! I was so nervous this morning about what we would see or not see that it was such a relief to see the little bean with it's little beating heart. The nurse measured him/her and has changed the gestation from 7+6 to 8+3 and my EDD is now 04/01/13. I have my next scan in 2 weeks, can't wait Was so amazing to see the little person we've been waiting 5 and a half years to see xx

:O Thats fantastic news. I had my first scan @ 7+1.
Had my 12 week scan today - and I am 13 weeks. Which is brilliant.
Seeing the heart beat at 7 weeks was amazing (even tho it was 8) - was amazing. But watching my little monkey jumping about was so much more emotional.
