Hi everyone, I just found out I'm about 5 weeks pregnant. Its my 1st and I'm petrified as it was unexpected and I don't know what to expect. Any tips or advice would be great!

If you get morning sickness... Sea bands (travel sickness wristbands) and ginger biscuits really helped me.

Congrats on your pregnancy and wishing you a happy and healthy 9 months!xx

Take on day at the time and make sure you get enough rest! If you start to feel nauseous, make some ginger tea and have salt crackers on your nightstand, so you can eat as soon as you wake up!

Wish you lots of luck on your journey!

xx

Congratulations and welcome xxxx

Welcome to tri one. Firstly try not to worry or self diagnose anythin pregnancy symptoms range so much from aches cramps small bleeds or spotting tender boobs sickness diarriaah I could go on but imay put u off basically every1 is diff and each preg is diff so while you may get some or all symptoms you may also get none. Main thing I also think is don't be afraid to ask questions hormoes natrually make us worry and soething completly normal can have u in a real state until you ask. Take a vitamin suppliment or folic acid while preg and avoid blue cheese brie too much caffine too much alcohol limit your tuna and don't eat swordfish or home made ice cream or home made mayonaise. Other wise try and enjoy it. Tri 1 easier said than done we all know. x
