Hello all! <3

I am new to this as this is our first pregnancy and I just found out today that we are pregnant! I am nervous BUT so very excited for this little addition to our family!

I am approximately 4 weeks today.

We just recently bought a house in sunny Florida, USA! We are currently not there as we travel because of my husbands work. I am worried about all of the travel we do because of the long plane rides as well as not being able to visit my midwife whenever needed...

We will be back in Florida for about 3 weeks then back to Saipan we go until the end of December (well maybe) as I am due early November. I plan on going back to Florida around early September and my husband around early October.

If you have any suggestions on things I could do to make this pregnancy a fantastic one, I would greatly appreciate that!

Love,
The Wheeldons <3

Welcome and congratulations! It sounds like you lead a very interesting exciting life! I don't think we have a November mummies group yet - maybe you should start one?! :-)

I'm a first timer too (now 8 weeks 5 days) - it all feels quite overwhelming but so exciting too. Have you noticed any symptoms yet?

I've had some nausea throughout the day as well as some back ache and feeling really tired all the time.

What about you?

Yup I've had similar - exhausted, aching back, nausea, I've vomited twice now, sleeping badly, some lightheadedness... did I mention how tired I am?!

All fun and games eh!

We've only just started telling people - when will you announce to family?

I want to tell my best friend right away but my close family around late March.. I'd be almost 9 weeks then. It's just great news that I don't want to keep it to myself!

Have you told your family yet??

I'm 9 weeks today and we actually only told family 2 days ago - I've been feeling really anxious about the possibility of miscarriage so I was hesitant to tell anyone - they were so excited but I'm still worried I should've waited longer - there's more people to tell and upset now if it does go wrong, you know...? That's just me being an old worry-pants though!

I totally agree! I want to wait until at least 9 weeks. I am the oldest child and they have been expecting my husband and I to have a child since we got married.. now that I have the great news, I want to share it!

I don't have a history of miscarriages in my family so hopefully we are in the clear!
