CD4 - I had a full 2 days of very light period, which I expected. It's going to take a while before I develop a decent uterine lining. My apps are predicting O in 8 days. Will see what the chart looks like, I don't think it will be as straightforward this cycle but if I do O it would be wonderful. Been having some cramps on the left side this morning, but that could be the Cervix moving into position or gas or whatever. CD4 is a bit early to be having O signs anyway. So, FX, first cycle off BC and hoping for the best.
PS. Skin doesn't look as bad, had a small outbreak, but seems like the flaxseed oil is helping. Looking into getting more Omega 3 (fish oil) will see if it will assist the flaxseed. Already taking in enough Magnesium and Zinc.
