Fertility Yoga

I started doing yoga while we were trying though it wasn't specifically for fertility. I found it was good just for a bit of time out for me and made me feel generally better though I'm not sure how it would have contributed to fertility.
I also tried fertility reflexology and although the treatment was perfectly pleasant, I didn't get anything like the level of relaxation that others report. So for me, I couldn't recommend it from a fertility point of view. I did it for about 9 months I think.
