Do you take it and what dosage do you take? I bought 2 bottles of 100 capsules. Each is 610mg. Wasn't sure how much to take.xx

Funny, I just took some! I just started taking it on Thursday. Started off at 2 610mg capsules twice a day, but a couple of friends told me to take more. 3-4capsules three times a day. You kniw it's working if your sweat and pee (tmi) smell lk,e maple syrup. I am now taking 4 three times a day.... Think it is slowly working.

I take one 600mg capsule a day, think you can take 3, they make me stink of maple syrup if I have too many lol!

That many? Blimey. Was only thinking of taking 1 three times a day. Only just started taking it now. I want to try and build up a store in the freezer so that I've got some for when I want to go out for longer then 3 hours or in case of an emergency.x

Guess it depends on tthe reason you take it lol.... My supply isnt enough for K so really tryingg to build it up. I dont know if the dosage in each capsule is different?
