I love Brie, Camembert, white stilton, etc. Yum Yum,.

Cheddar, cheddar and more cheddar - the stronger and crumplier the better!! The Helmans add where they all talk about how to make a cheese and tomato sandwich makes me want to run and make one every time!!! Thick white bread, no butter, spread thick with Helmans, chunky slices of strong cheddar, sliced homegrown tomatoes. MMMMMMM!!
