fell of the bed

we went through to the bedroom to eat our food from our LOVELY oven
i sat on the bed and misjudged the edge
i fell backwards of the bed and landed on the floor
i could not get up as you can see there is very little space between the bed and the wall and as i tried to roll to the side i relised well the bump had wedged me in
i was in hysterics and could not stop laughing (i havnt laughed so much in ages)
James instead of helping me decided it was a good photo opportunaty he stood there taking a pic laughing his head off.
In the end he finaly helped me
He asked me to calm down so he could help me up but i seriously could not stop It took me quite a while to stop giggiling
It was not easy to un -wedge me from that space this set me off agian i was crying with laughing
IT WAS SOOOOOOOOOOO FUNNY

I have been thinking for while what would happen if i rolled of the bed and landed i this gap
Now im know i will NOT be getting back up without help
What the HELL will i do if this happens if James is not hear?????
He said i'll have to either tie my moblie to my neck or invest in a panic button

yes im fine hunny
it was laughing o hard it was hurting the muscle in my bump i pulled when i sneezed the night pervious (very tight bump =sneeze and i pull something)

anyway im ok after i stopped giggiling the pain went it was so funny the pain was managable every giggle hurt but there was no stopping me once i start im a bit HYSTERICAL at the moment

hormones raging one minute im laughing like a loony the next im screaming blue murder and threating to hit James over the head with a blunt object

yeah i know to cheeky sod i lamped him one when he finaly got me up

anyone any ideas for ecape stratagies if this happens agian when i am on my own are most welcome

Bloody typical man lol....i nearly fell at OH's house this morning and i asked him if he would have helped me up....his response....'would you be mad if i laughed a bit first?' lol
