Can't sleep.
My arthritis is playing up and my shoulder is so painful that I can't sleep or get comfortable. I think I must have set it off by changing the curtains in the bedroom yesterday. Problem is we move house at the weekend and I've got LOADS of packing to do over the next couple of days. Don't have the time or the energy for stupid arthritis. I've caved in and taken some paracetamol, which I know they say is safe, but I try to avoid anyway. Thing is, I it doesn't usually touch this kind of pain, just hope it does this time.
Work is hectic at the moment and there's loads of bad stuff going on too - I can't seem to stop it floating round my head, stressing me out! I'm not even in until next week.
Oh, and I'm feeling really queasy too! It's been coming and going over the last couple of weeks after settling down for a bit but is back big time tonight. Sitting taking deep breaths to try and make it go away.
Sorry for whinging
