can anyone offer me words of support, I was nauseas etc with my son, but this time I feel terrible 24/7, I'm gonna be 9 weeks on sat and am constantly nauseas, so am eating all the time to make me feel marginally better, I am so sick of food! I have headaches constantly coming and going, I am constantly thirsty and drinking water, I have zero energy and am struggling to look after my 3yr old, my husband is great, but is at work all day and I feel just overwhelmed by it all.

Hi Helly,

Sorry to hear that you're feeling so rubbish. They always say that no 2 pregnancys are the same so try not to dwell too much on how pants you're feeling now compared to last time.

This is my first pregnancy and so far i haven't actually been sick although i feel nauseas a lot. I'm also really, really, really tired. I'm struggling to get through a day at work without almost falling asleep at my desk! For sickness people say to try ginger biscuits or bland, dry food. I've been eating a lot of toast and that tends to make me feel a bit better. I've also been given iron tablets to help with the tiredness.

If i were you i'd contact your gp or midwife to see if there's anything they can offer you. I'm sure there's medication/remedies out there to help but sadly with having very little experience, i don't know of any. Hope you feel better soon xxxx

Sorry you are suffering so much hun. As said have a word with your midwife, you might be lacking some vitamins or something too xxxxxxxxxx
