Feeling over emotional....

Evening everyone!

Hope everyone is well?

Sorry to have a moan again, just thought that maybe outing my emotions and feelings on here would save my OH ear ache! - I'm sure alot of you TTC feel the same as i do!

I've have been feeling so unwell past few days, thought it was af on her way but nope, no af. I know i'm not preg as depo on wore off on 22nd December and i don't think i'm very lucky!!

One of my best mates came over last night, shes found out shes 8 weeks pregnant, i was so happy for her as although she was not TTC she wanted a baby but part of me was jealous!

Today i met up with my other best mate and her daughter (my god daughter) and again i felt jealous as her daughter was unplanned!

I kept thinking how come i can't get preg straight away, and how come all my lovley friends on here don't get a BFP when they want them!!

I get the same too my sis and sis in law both have kids and they moan about them sometimes and I just feel like screaming at them that I would give anything to be in there shoes!!

Also some days were ever you look there seems to be babies, preg women even tv adverts P me off sometimes how silly is that!! This may sound bad but also sometimes I see people with kids and I think crikey they do not deserve to have babies kind of mean like in the baby P case it breaks my heart. I know what you mean about friends and family getting preg you feel happy for them but also think why not us when is it our turn.

Well thats my rant out!!! Feel no better but good to get it out!!

Its horrible isn't it. I have a little girl already so I am luckier than some ladies here and I still feel fed up, envious and many other things of all the pregnant woman around me!!. I have only been ttc this month as well

My OH's brother has got his Gf pregnant. His 18 yr old son from his marraige has got his gf pregnant and my best friend is pregnant - AND THEY ARE ALL DUE IN AUGUST ARRRRGGGGGHHHHHH

I just wanna run away and hide!!

Oh yeah Lou - I know what you mean about adverts - that pampers one about the vaccines with all the new borns on it either makes me want scream or cry - me irrational - not at all!!!

I think this post should be used to have a good rant and get out our jealous feelings!!

- I get angry ad adverts and shout....well if you would give me a bfp i would be buying your baby products! My OH looks at me laughs and says 'i love you dear' in other words your mad! xx

Advert hate yeah bring it on!!!

I try not do it front of anyone but hey sometimes I forget and I GET REALLY MAD AT THE TV - think they maybe arranging to take me away shortly

I WANT A BABY

I want sleepless nights and to have puke perfume, and lots of dirty nappies - not only do I want another baby I want another one after that - maybe even 4 (if I get my VBAC ) I wanna be really greedy and have lots and lots of babies!!!

Hey a good rant is the best - don't get me started I won't stop all night

I hate the jealous feelings I get but just cant seem to help it. Do so called well meaning comments bug anyone too? You know the kind I mean " It will happen when you relax".


Re the ranting on here its better than driving my hubby round the bend though, never know might get more bd if not ranting to him!!

It bugs me when people say that and the other one that REALLY bugs me is when they find out about my m/c they say '' well at least you know you CAN get pregnant'' If only it was that easy

Got a better more stupid one regarding loss " it was obviously meant to be something might have been wrong with it" Marvellous that helps doesn't it also went to dr on mon said thought was preg couple of weeks ago but af got me and he just said "oh well you know 1 in 3 end in loss" Thanks dr feel fan dabby dozy with your insight

there are 4 woman in my work who are prgnant - non of them palnned and I know 2 of them where trying not to get pregnant.

It anoys me when pepoel keep asking when i'm going to have a baby as if i'm choosing not to and they assume i dont want them. or a few of my friends who have kids and know how long i've been ttc talk about how they hadn't really wanted kids before they got pregant.

Its nice tp have a thread where we can all have a good rant about it, well, not "nice" but i'm sure you all know what I mean.

i got 'closer' mag a couple weeks ago and even it had a sma advert in it with a big picture of a lovely baby! can't escape and forget anywhere! especially at work cause the kids have special needs and a few are very baby/toddlerlike in their behaviour (clingy and cuddly) which doesn't help me wishing i had a baby of my own wanting cuddles of me (as a mother, not a teacher)

omg, I feel I must join in with this conversation. I get soooooooo angry sometimes; people who complain to ME about their children are the worst, and I always tell it like it is - 'well, at least you have a child.' I had so many of my FB friends complaining about their kids or pregnancies the other day that I had to put a nastygram in my status to get it off my chest! Got lots of apologies, too. I just wish people would realise how blessed they are to have children in the first place.

I hope I can remember this feeling when I finally do have kids and they're driving me up the wall!

i never moan about my child- sometimes i will but in a jokey way, i'll never actually grumble like she's an actual nuisance. even tho i'm not ttc yet coz i'm thinking about it a lot already and hanging out in here with u guys it does make me realise just how precious a pregnancy is and seeing how others ttc like crazy and still dont get bfp's just emphasises just how lucky i am to have a child.

a colleague of mine is constantly grumbling about her pregnancy, it winds me up a bit! and those clearblue adverts bug me too- particularly the conception indicator one- especially just after my m/c because the one on the screen said "pregnant 2-3" which is exactly what mine said. felt like the broadcasters were deliberately rubbing it in!

just think of it this way - if you're off to the clinic they can do something to get your bfp soon! also, i think some people relax when they know something's being sorted and get a bfp! hope that makes you feel better, I know it's not what you'd have wanted but it is a step in the right direction. Really hope you get your bfp soon.

p.s. you're allowed to have a selfish day every so often!

What a great post!!

I really feel like having a scream today! i totally understand what you mean by a part of you feels jealous when you hear someone close is pregnant or had a baby. Everyone around me seems to be having kids these days except me!!!! My cousin gave birth yesterday to her second child, she's 3 years younger than me and got married a year after i did!
My best friend is pregnant...and depressed about it!!!!! yes depressed because she never wanted a child so her life is crumbling at the thought that she has to sacrifice her freedom and look after a child she never asked for (i'm thinking of stealing her child once she gives birth, this should make both of us happy!)
Another friend sent me an email 3 weeks ago telling me she is pregnant with her first. We got married at the same time and both our husbands didn't want to hear about kids initially then when they changed their minds they did at the same time..she got her BFP the first month and i am still here...after 5 months.

just think of it this way - if you're off to the clinic they can do something to get your bfp soon! also, i think some people relax when they know something's being sorted and get a bfp! hope that makes you feel better, I know it's not what you'd have wanted but it is a step in the right direction. Hi Rose and any body else who read my rant, I just want to apologise so sorry, I was just having really crap day yesterday.

Your right Rose hopefully the drs can get to the bottom of things for us and thank you for not ignoring me !!!
Mick and I had a good chat this morning and have decided to really give it a go this month, what with the charting, decaff, grapefruit and bding on the right days hopefully we will get a result fingers crossed x sorry again x
