Is it worth giving your midwife/gp a quick call? It might just be the weather as its really hot, but sudden headache and vomiting can be a sign of pre-eclampsia. If it was me, i would ring just to be safe rather than sorry.

A just rang them she said cos have no swellen so pains sounds sounds like bug if am worried go to gp
