Hi!!!

Thomas normally goes to bed around 8 pm and sleeps through 7.30/ 8.00 am without a feed in between. the problem is now he is feeding only 4 times a day and today he has not fed well.

Do you give a feed at 10/11 pm even if he does not ask for food? what will you do to encourage him to feed more? thanks

Aimee is not a great feeder so I always offer her a feed around 10 even though she never asks for it and she usually takes around 4 oz. Maybe try this?

Maybe try a "dream feed" when you don't wake them just feed them while they're asleep.

If he's happy and gaining weight I wouldn't add any feeds.

If he was hungry during the night then he wouldn't sleep through.

Phoebe was sleeping through but for the last week has been getting up at about 2.30am for a feed. Not sure if it's because she has a cold or whether I should up her day feeds. Going to see how she is when her cold has gone
