Fed up

Hi ladies,

I'm starting t feel really down. I had a miscarriage at the beginning of September at 11 weeks, now 12 weeks on and still no period. I was told to expect a heavy one but all of I've had are the tiniest bits of spotting when I should get my period.

I've made an appointment to see the gp next week but i just need to vent a little.

This just isn't where I expected to be, I don't even think I'm ovulating yet. I've got a thermometer ready to start temping next 'cycle' but fingers crossed the dr will have something useful to say.

It can take a while for your body to get back to normal but that does seem like a long time. Is there any chance you could be pregnant again? Have you done a HPT just to be sure?

No, I did a test a few days ago and it was negative. We’ve been using protection since as I Have been waiting For period to try again. I’m hoping they’ll send me for a scan to make sure everything came out with the miscarriage.

I'd definitely ask for a scan if you haven't had one. x
