Stealing Mamafy's 5 favourite films idea I wanna know what your 5 favourite books are! Mine are;

1)Roots
2)Captain Correli's mandolin
3)The Hobbit
4)The sword of truth series (ok cheated a little here since there's more than 5 books in the series!)
5)Memoirs of a Geisha

My sisters keeper
the last song
pack up the moon
Marley and me
the twilight saga :)

No child of mine
A boy called it
A piece of cupcake
Ps I Love You
And a nightingale sang.....

Somehow I just don't have the concentration for most books, although a good autobiography and I'm hooked. Especially when it's folk like Peter Kay, Gordon Ramsay, Dave Gorman..........

sorry, no top 5 per se

Oh Wilma have you read Humble Pie and Playing with Fire? My dad even loved them, one of the first books he listened to on cd (he's registered blind). It did help that he talked about his football playing days too (my dad is a Rangers supporter). What an insight into the making and shaping of his personality!
