Hey Rosieroo, my little Rebecca has a flat head at the back on the right side-it's the side she lies on in her cot, bouncer etc. Spoke to HV who said try and change her head position to the other side but it's very difficult.

The flatness is very noticeable, my poor wonky donkey, what is it that you purchased off that website to help your LO's head?

Many thanks in advance for your help.xxx

Sorry just seen this

I bought a Lovenest from www.phpbaby.com and a support that goes inside the cot. It wedges them in place and has a 'pillow' for under their head. Unfortunately Ella is a bit too old now for these to have any effect. We have to take her to see a paediatrician to find out if she has torticollis which causes her to keep her head on one side.

I would really recommend taking Rebecca to a chiro. Our HV was useless and it was only the chiro that spotted Ella's problem. Even if it's not torticollis they can really help with a tight neck. You can cushion the head all you like, but as we've found out, that's only helping the effect of a tight neck but not treating it.

If you live in certain Sure Start areas I think they help with the cost of a chiro, or take her to your GP to see if they can help :)
