Back to ttc after a period that was a week late

Another 3 pregnancy announcements today have made me a bit sad.

I am aware we've not been trying for that long compared to others but the past 9 months have been a challenge.

I'm taking folic acid, drinking water, eating healthy, an hour walk a day, manage my diabetes well and have a healthy weight so don't know what else to try!!

Any more tips?

People say you're more likely to conceive when you aren't actively trying but how do you actually do that?!?

Im sorry :( its so sad when af comes.

Is your OH taking any fertility tablets? Maybe it couldnt hurt?

:hugs: oh Kazz I am so very sorry. That was so cruel that the witch delayed for an entire week. What a way to give you false hope. I can only imagine how it must have felt reading about other BFP announcements. It doesn't matter how long you have been trying, the frustration and pain stays the same. I'm sending you loads of :dust: and I really hope that you will get your very own BFP this cycle! xxx

Thanks
Here's hoping next month will be it...
He has a kid with an ex so not sure he needs to take a test or anything but he is eating and sleeping better
If we have no luck this time I might suggest but am aware this will go down badly as ego is a big thing here:/

Sorry to hear the witch got you. Although it's always disappointing, a week late is so much worse as you just keep clinging on to hope. Both me and OH have been taking conception vitamins. Have also added omega 3 and vitamin c. We've been making a real effort to eat better and be a bit more active. I've also been having reflexology for some well deserved 'me' time. I've also taken up yoga to help me chill out a bit. I think we're all guilty of living life so fast that it has been good for me to take a step back. Trying to get something positive out of something that can be so draining.
