I AM SOOOOOOOOO EXCITED! OH told me this morning, that whilst i was napping she kept yelling mama... i thought it was a coincidence or that she wasn't actually saying that... then in a shop I left Matt with the pram to go and look at something and she started yelling MAMA MAMA MAAAMAMMMAMMA and tonight Matt put her to bed and she was calling Mama!!!!!

WHHHOOOOOP!

I'm so jealous - I've been trying to the word Mama into K for ages now but she just won't say it

She did say Dada once the other night though - she was sobbing her heart out and OH picked her up and she just shouted 'Dada' and cried on his shoulder - since then I have intensifed my 'Mama' training

Aw, clever Faith, :cheer: :cheer:

I've been saying Mama to Angel, then i mentioned Dada and she said it, but thought it was coincidence.

Such a clever girl :D

Calleigh still grunts at us if she wants our attention regardless of the amount of times i say mama, dada to her

awww yay! . my nephew is 5 months old and all i've heard him mutter is 'bugger' although im not sure thats what he was actually trying to say lol!

Ryan says mama, but only very very occasionally when he;s ill or overtired or wants a hug.. everything is daddy tho :shakehead:

Aww clever Faith :cheer: :cheer:

Sam says Mama (to OH's annoyance  ) usually when he wants something, or is tired and wants a cuddle.

OH has spent weeks saying Dada to him and everytime Sam says Mama back

awww :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: good for you!
Ani only says ddadadada to all of us! I think she does it on purpose...she can say other words, but if i say mama to her she grins and says dadadada
:wall:
