Hi everyone,

Sam has got a bit of ezcema on his face and has been prescribed oilatum moisturiser for the itchiness. I see that alot of people recommend sudocream for alot of skin conditions, but how is it on ezcema?

Also the Dr said it should clear by 12-18 months, but does that mean thats how long it usually lasts, or can it go alot sooner?

Thanks,

Lisa xxx

Talia has excema on and off and the only thing that works for her is aqueous cream. oilatum and sudecrem seemed to make it worse! But of course all babies are different, hope u find one that5 works for him. :D

I'd not use sudocrem on it, it's a barrier cream. We use DIprobase in bath and on LO. Dipro agh is like Oliatum. Diprobase cream twice a day.

Some grow out of it sooner, but may be a problem till gone a year.
