Eye injury

Yesterday I let Jake play with his spoon after his pudding like I do most days. It is a plastic Tommee Tippee spoon. He managed to poke himself in the eye with it and cried for a while, I though he was crying more with the shock because his eye seemed unharmed. This morning his eye looked bloodshot in the corner, you can only see it when he looks to the side. Ive just noticed it isnt bloodshot but there has been an actual bleed in his eye Do I need to call the doctor?

aww the poor mite....if it looks like a bleed then i wud get it checked just to be safe rather than sorry, im not to up on eye injuries but didnt want to read and run.

let us know what the outcome is tho hun...hope hes okay

Oh no, bless him. I'm sure it couldn't have been helped hun But yes I would take him to the doctors just to be safe!!
