Expressing less from left side

Well title says it really. When I express I always get less from left side and even when my boob is full expressing doesn't get the milk out. I've got a medela swing and the right side seems much better. Does anyone else have this? Does this mean my left booby isn't makng as much milk?

that always happened to me even if I left it longer that the other side before expressing!!! xx

I sometimes found sitting hot face cloth on my booy and then after 10 mins doing a little bit of hand expressing before going on the pump helped x

Mine's exactly the same, I always get 5oz from a full left boob and 6.5oz from a full right boob. Lizzie prefers the right boob so I suppose she feeds longer on that side and that's made it produce more? Funny how our bodies do these things!!

Wow - thats a lot well done you - i think the most I have ever had from the right side is 5oz after a good night where George only needed one side to fill him up - he has both sides during the day.
It is weird that they produce different amounts though

I use to express a good couple more ozs out of one boob compared to the other. I also found that i expressd from one boob, went to the other and then I would go back to first boob, followed by the other again helped a little.
