exercise?

when can I start exercising again? My tummy muscles are screaming to get taught again

I was told after 6 weeks..I'm exercising now though and it's fine

I have been walking an hour most days since Darragh was 10 days old - but havent done anything more strenuous yet (i had a section)

i didnt do anything vigorous till i got the all clear at 6 week check, but if you feel ready just take it easy, i had crappy stitches and water retention for few weeks so could hardly do anything anyway.

Did take me a good couple of months to get back into the exercise thing though!
