I don't post much on here but always on reading up and getting advice, I'm due May 11th so only 7 weeks to go ...yay!
I'll do a hello post actually soon.. but anyway lol.. my question is after giving birth when can I start exercising to shed the belly and weight as I really want to start asap as I hate the weight gain.
Things like sit ups etc, are they safe a day or so after?
