Everything's crossed!! Please let there be a little bean

Im hoping that when i have a scan tomorow that there is a little bean there, i had a scan last monday when i was admitted to hospital and there was only an empty sac......so please please please let there be a little bean with a beating heart! I would be having so much bad luck if there isnt as i had a missed miscarriage in feb! Im so scared that thats its all going to go wrong again, will you guys keep your fingers crossed for me please.
