We have his main meal at lunch and a tea at about 5. For his main meal he will have stuff like fish pie, fish and veg in cheese sauce, casseroles, vegetable pasta etc. We try for his main meal to have protein so either meat or lentils something like that then for his tea he has toast with something on such as fruit mashed up (his own jam) avocado or cream cheese and then he has stuff like broccoli and cauliflower cheese or cheesy pasta, we try to get some dairy/fats in this meal as well as loads of veg. I use the annabel karmel cook book and just work thru that. I really wud give him anything (within reason) pureed or mashed up to the correct consistancy!!

He is 7 and a half months. Not very good with solids still. Only just managing stage two jars and toast.

Yep the Annabel Karmel book is good. Gives you ideas. Pasta and sauces are easy. Veg and cheese sauce on top quick to do. I used to hate thinking what we having for tea. Now it's even worse! ;-)

I just wanted to add that I make it up in bulk at the weekend and then all I have to do it defrost and reheat!! I have a whole freezer drawer of food that I can just pick what we want!!
