Hiya Cassi

Yeah everything is going ok. My cervix is now down to 7.8mm so got to take things really easy. My SPD has eased abit, got my first physio appt on Thursday.

im ok...you seem to be getting closer and closer to the 34 weeks mark that is good ..

im less sick now and more energetic..but im still lazy lol...

I bet it is a relief not being so sick, it is one thing I have really hated in pregnancy.
