i just love eurovision - put the subtitles on (or if you have digital they have sing along) its really funny cos it never makes much sense in english!

Near the bottom somewhere think we got about 25 points! The winner got like 200 odd so we didn't do amazing :lol:
 
We came 19th out of 25 and I think Ireland came 10th. No surprise as our song was a bloody shambles. Finland got 292 points I think!
 
Our song wasn't great but our position wasn't really justified.

We could release the best song ever but haven't got enough friends in Europe to get the votes! :?

I do love the show but get more frutrated at the voting each year :x

Still, it was a good show, and I thought Finland were worthy winners! :dance:

I only watched it coz Terry Wogan has me in stitches with his comments. He's like '1 point for the UK - oh, your so generous' and at the end there was this guy with black paint on his face (obviously a Finland supporter) and Terry's like ' and there's a fan with 3rd degree burns'. He's so random and rude - it cracks me up! And then I watched Thelma and Louise on channel 5 and shed a few tears! :cry:
 
the baltic and balkan countries didn't split up because they wanted independance, it was so they'd get more eurovision votes :wink:

Bosnia and Herzogovina have a referendum coming up to decide whether they should be two independant states or stay together. Maybe we should enter as England, N. Ireland, Scotland and Wales. Or even the counties. Anyone up for a government overthrow? :D
 
He He Tracy that exactly what my dh said last night. lets have a civil war let all the counties become independant states and we could all enter and vote for each other - no one else would stand a chance!

OMG!!! ive just seen the winners1 what a farce! Its a joke and THATS the reason i never watch the tripish programme!

i used to watch it for terry wogans comments but i think even hes had enough of it! :wall:
