EPO or spooky coincidence?

Have been putting evening primrose oil capsules up 'there' for the last couple of nights and since yesterday morning I've had a brown discharge which hjas increased and is definitely the plug coming away (sorry if TMI, but am soo excited something is finally happening!!!)

Maybe it would have happened anyway, but think the timing of it and way it happened are too much of a coincidence.

I've felt a bit strange and periody today too so am hopeful that things are starting to get going. Trying very hard not to get too excited though, which isn't really working!!!

So anyway, all you girlies in my situation or getting towards the end, I would definitely say to give EPO a try!!!!

Iv been using EPO for 2weeks and not doing anything i started loosing my plug before using them though. Going on to 2 capsules tonight x
