Hi Girls,
Does anyone else here have eplilepsy? I was diagnosed when I was 20 (now 31) had a few seizures when first diagnosed, but been seizure free for about 10 years now and came off medication 3 years ago. So I'm wondering what will happen during my pregnancy. When looking this up on google the info is mostly for women who are still on medication, and how that will affect the baby etc, but I haven't found anything for women who are no longer on medication. When I talked to the doctor before we started TTC they said they might refer me for extra tests when pg, but I don't know what or when.
I'm wondering if they'll want to do early scans or more checks on me or anything, or whether they'll be more relaxed given it's all been under control for so long.
I've got my first doctors appointment tomorrow, so hopefully will find out more tomorrow. Just wondered if there was anyone else here in a similar position.
