I want to sell my engagement ring that I wore for a whole 3 days!!!

It's gold, has a diamond and cost £250.00, that's all I know about it!!

How do I sell it? xx

Heheee na I think they are in for the the other type of rings not finger ones!!! A pawn shop however they will! Ebay would be my first place.

how about having it melted down and made into something nice?

Or try some of your local jewlers they sometimes buy back

Thats a good thought of it being melted down mabey as a christening band for your baby (if your getting it christened)Then you could add a amount of gold into it too so it would be a gift from you and him to her/him.

That's a lovely idea, and if it meant a lot to me I would consider that but to me it represents a complete lie and waste of an emotional moment because he knew I was pregnant the day he proposed and also knew he wasn't going to stick around as he had already accepted the £5,000 from his mum and dad to leave at that point!! *breeeeeathe!*

So I want rid and want the money lol! xx

Cash Converter type places will offer you about £45-50. You are much better selling it on Ebay to maximise profit - I flogged all my old rings on there and got quite a bit for them. Juts make sure you take good pictures and make the description as accurate as you can.

you wont get much at all from pawn shop, i tried pawning me £1000 ring, they offered me just short of £100 i'd try ebay xx

i found a couple of old rings at my parents that id had off an ex which i want to get rid of

i noticed up town that most jewellers offer valuations so i think i will get a valuation 1st and then try ebay
