My constant first trimester exhaustion is back :(
And we even have to go for a trip to my oh parents this Saturday. Meaning 5 h go and 5 h back car drive in one day :( I will never survive that :(

I thought trimester 2 is the one that you have the most energy :( still waiting for that lol...
Just a rant really, just woke up from a nap and feel even more tired than before

I'm not sleepy tired but get breathless and physically tired after walking or cleaning. I feel sooooo unfit! I have to keep stopping and leaning on things, it's awful, I've never been like this at this stage, must be because I'm older now ;) x

I am out if breath and half dead going from the first floor to our second floor but thats a whole new rant thread lol

Oh yeah, I hear ya! I ran up the stairs at work and I needed an oxygen cylinder! I was panting like a dog it's ridiculous. I have completely lost all fitness and stamina. I used to do 3-4 high impact gym classes per week and didn't break a sweat (well just a bit) then I stopped as I was über paranoid after last mc. I'm gutted :( x

I was more tired at the beginning of tri2 than I ever was in tri1, I found doing antenatal yoga has really helped get my energy levels back up. Have you had any bloods taken recently to check your iron levels? Xx

I was extremely tired in tri 2 too, to be honest I'm not much better now. Had a few weeks from 22-26 ish where I had some energy though. But now I'm back to sleeping 7-8 hours at night and still having a nap of anywhere between 2-4 hours in the afternoon  I even had my iron levels checked at 19ish weeks and all was fine xxx

My all day tiredness didnt ease off until about 18 weeks, same time as my ms. Now (at 22 weeks) I have bags of energy during the day but by about 6pm im exhausted!

Rant away hon; tiredness attacks me still but I am a lot better than I was. When do you get your bloods back from MW? On the brighter side you get to see little one's dodah tomorrow!!!!! Xxx

Hi Hope,

Will your OH be driving for this particular trip? Is there no way you can get some sleep on route and on the way back? It's not ideal but it might give you a little more energy?

The tiredness has been gradual for me but it's actually really horrible. Even the most simple things feel like a struggle (I used to walk to and from work but now only have the energy for my morning journey  )

I am hoping you get that 2nd trimester 'glow' soon sweetie

xxxxxxxxx

Im still waiting for that energy burst x

Carnat i got the glow already just only the outside one lol....
My oh will be driving but unfortunately no place to sleep ( maybe my inlaws but that's not sth that I will do as its so weird and just met them last summer)
One part of the trip is on a boat so hopefully going around a little and the sea air will make me feel better... That and the one million stops for pee that we will have...

I'm still waiting for my 'pregnancy glow' this energy your supposed to get and urge to clean your house... Ha! Way I see it, if your tired rest... Listen to your body and don't push it xxx
