Energy burst

This morning, i woke up at 5 and i was wide awake, couldnt get back to sleep so i decided to go into the city, (takes a hour on the bus)
i dont know how i did it looking back, lol.. i had such a energy burst,
and i got most of the little things i needed for baby and stuff,

im paying for it now though, i am well tired,

anyone else get random energy bursts?

I did a few weeksw ago and was moving my bedroom around and moving heavy furniture the lot!

Dont know where it came from ,but its all normal but dont overdo it like me lol!
