My Daughter has suffered eczema in the past and I have to say her's looked far worse, I can barely see any on your son, maybe because his skin is wet or like you say the camera flash is bright. My Daughters was so bad it cracked and bled :(

Usually what I found was using sensitive washing powder/conditioner helps and oilatum is great for the bath. If suffering from eczema also avoid any perfumed toiletries You can also use oliatum as a massaging oil and put some in your hand and rub it directly over skin. The doctor did give me betnovate for Leah but it is only for temporary use. Very good stuff though and it helped massively for the few days we were allowed to use it. Good luck at the doctor's xxx

Looks like mild eczems to me, lots of moisturising, less baths ( i was advised against daily baths) and if nothing works - hydrocortisone.
Did you give any new foods?

Tapatalking so cant see signatures
