I need to leave feedback but I don't know what to do.

I ordered some ring adjusters on buy it now. Two weeks later I still hadn't received. I emailed and was ignored, twice. I then opened a paypal dispute (almost 3 weeks after paying instantly on buy it now), 2 days after they finally arrived, I never got a reply to any message I sent though, and certainly no apology for the delay.

What do I leave, neutral or negative? xx

Personally, I would leave negative.
 
i too would leave a negative honey, stating why you was unhappy with the order, and that fact your e-mails where ignored x
 
Neg them. They cant leave you negative to retaliate.
 
Negative and list lack of communication as your reason
 
I agree - I'd put as much detail as you can in the reason...something like paid instantly but didn't receive until dispute opened, no communication (that's probably way too long, sorry :lol:)
