Right well me being half brain celled' ha i bid on the wrong fooking item, as you do...

Well i only went and fricking won it!

So i emailed the seller explaining what id done and basically explaining the none payment - mutual withrdawl agreement thingy

What if the auction (or Buy It Now listing) has ended?

If the listing has ended and you’d like to withdraw from the purchase for any reason, you should explain the situation to your seller and ask them to agree to mutual withdrawal from the sale.

If they agree, they can file an Unpaid Item Dispute and state that you both agreed to withdraw from the sale. They’ll then receive a credit for the fees they were charged when you won the item. In addition, as long as they state you both agreed to withdraw from the sale, and you confirm this when asked by eBay, you won't get an Unpaid Item Strike against your account.

Well anyway, she emailed me back sayin basically that im lying and that shes had it before nad they DIDNT pay her back the fees.

So she thinks im to pay her the £3.

She says if i dont pay her the £3 by 6pm tonight then she is going to leave me bad feedback and report me to ebay.

She is to fooking tarded.

Which part of ebay policy (bold part) is she misinterpretting.

:wall: :wall: :wall:

Im not paying her £3 out of principle.

Ebay will pay it her back, im not paying twice.

Am i right here?

Your in the right Lozzi so dont worry about it and maybe contact ebay as well to explain whats happened.

Can you open the dispute so all they have to do is withdraw the sale? Rather than them opening it and waiting for you to withdraw from the sale??

Send her that quote hun. Tell her if she chooses to leave neg feedback then you will do the same to her

I did this on my first ever time on ebay...

Ended up with bad feedback, and it was an accident :(
