Due in just over a week and have a lot of pain down below???

Im due in week and half. Been having pains on and off for couple of weeks nothing come of it really. However today i have been in a lot of pain down below. It feels very swollen and kind of like its all gonna fall out lol. It hurts to sit down when walking when i laugh,cough or sneeze i feel a lot of pressure. this is my 3rd baby and i have never had this before. I had midwife tuesday and she checked water etc and was no infection. But this pain is very uncomfortable. Getting loads of tightnings again and back pain but not regular.
Any ideas?
